Custom fabricated metal components are our business. These components can range in material types, with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum being the most common.

PRECISION CUTTING

If it’s metal, we can cut it to almost any size or shape. No matter the scale, we’ve got the machines and staff of experienced operators to meet nearly any specification.

BENDING + FORMING

We have an array of state-of-the art industrial machines that can bend, shape, and form metal to meet the vast majority of custom metal fabrication demands, with degrees of consistency and repeatability suitable for mass production of parts and products.

FABRICATE + INSTALL

If you’re located in the Southwest Montana and your project requires both fabrication or field installation, we’ll be happy to send a crew to your job site to install any of your custom metal fabrication projects.

CUSTOM DESIGN

Our design manufacturing services help you from concept to completion. Working with an existing design, or directly with the client we develop the best total solution.

cutting

Our Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) laser cutting machine is operated with exact programmed commands to create a product specific to your exact needs. Our laser is a 4000 watt platform with a CO2 based resonator. We utilize O2, N2, and Shop Air blends to achieve the desired cut quality based on material type and thickness. 

Up to 5/8" Thick Material 

Our lasers can punch through steel, stainless, and aluminum up to 5/8" thick, with remarkable cut quality and minimal burr. 

In thick metals especially, cut quality depends significantly on heat buildup. SFP (Spatter Free Pierce) function for cleaner high-speed piercing in thicker material

Aluminum Quality 

Aluminum is usually difficult to cut cleanly on a fiber laser, but our CNC can cut up to 1/4” aluminum beautifully.

Precision Bending 

With precision back-gauge positioning to within +/- 0.008", real-time material thickness measurement and compensation, and high precision ram placement, our equipment can produce parts with a high degree of accuracy and repeatability. 

Our standard bend angle tolerances are +/- 1.0 degree. 

Other Metal Forming Capabilities 

We also use a multi-function Ironworkers to help manage all the shearing, punching, and bending work that comes through our shop. When needed, we also use them to notch metal. 

We’ve pretty much got everything you’d need to bend metal. Whatever your metal forming needs.
